Martinis hold a special place in cocktail lore. They‘re the Grand-Poobah, the Big Wu. However, just because it‘s the king of all cocktails doesn‘t mean it should rest on its laurels. Our mixologists have pushed the martini to new frontiers with new flavors — Candy Appletini, Lemon Drop, Grapefruit Martini, Blood Orange Martini and Sour Appletini. These may not be the original martini, but then again, there‘s nothing wrong with shaking things up now and then.
